Country Road Winter 9x12 oil -studio- painted from a photo taken on South Turkey Creek Road, This is a third "road" painting in this series. I am really liking what is happening with these paintings. Really a lot of fun.
Gateway Open Space 9x12 oil -plein air- PAAC met at Gateway Open Space near Castle Rock. Three of us enjoyed the amazing weather. Yea, its a little cool but standing in the sun made the temperature feel like summer. It was great. Had to watch out for the bright sun off of the snow. It is easy to get snow blind, it was so bright.

Hi Cliff
The self assured way you apply paint is so strong and alive. I so much enjoy studying your creations.

Cliff, this is beautiful! I love the diagonal and vertical lines, and the colors represent just how it looked and felt out there yesterday.
